DESCRIPTION: 
Soy lecithin liquid is a natural emulsifier obtained from the crushing of soybeans.The product is a mixture of phospholipids and soybean oil.

APPLICATION: 
It is used  in the food industries as a natural emulsifier and stabilizing agent.
